We are looking to hire a Senior Project Coordinator to assist the Chief Operating Officer and oversee the pre-construction efforts to help facilitate project success. In addition, they will be responsible for building rapport and serving as a point of contact for clients while troubleshooting escalated issues and delegating solutions. The Senior Project Administrator will also oversee direct reports, which will manage the administration of several projects.
The full-time schedule is Monday through Friday from the corporate office in Annapolis, MD. This isn't a hybrid or remote position. Living within a reasonable driving distance of Annapolis is required.

Position Responsibilities

Position Requirements
- At least four years in the management/coordination of residential construction or remodeling projects
- Knowledge of residential construction/remodeling project scopes and pricing
- Possession of a solution-oriented mindset with willingness and enthusiasm to troubleshoot and create solutions
- Ability to delegate tasks appropriately
- Strong time management and follow-up skills
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to present and lead client and staff meetings
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Sway and BuilderTrend is a plus
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

The Purchasing Coordinator is critical in setting up home remodeling projects for success. This person will report to the Purchasing Manager and work closely with the project management and coordination teams to ensure the proper materials are ordered for all remodeling projects.

- Examine projects and compare them with contract details and related notes for accuracy
- Create, edit, and log purchase orders for project materials
- Order materials for each project as scoped by the Project Coordinator, utilizing best practices
- Process additional material orders needed for project completion
- Resolve pricing discrepancies with vendors
- Log credit card purchases
- Ensure material deliveries are scheduled to arrive before the installation date
- Maintain proper purchasing records
- Prepare and send client sign-offs for all selected items to include the impact on the budget
- Enter and audit client budget tracker
- Negotiate discounts, rebates, and terms with our vendors
Position Requirements
- High school diploma
- At least two years of purchasing experience
- Capability of delivering a high level of customer service
- Highly proficient in using Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications, particularly spreadsheets
- Exposure to the home remodeling or construction industry is highly preferred

Position Responsibilities
