We started working with Bohan Contracting when we bought our house in July 2020. It was during the pandemic, supply chains had many issues and I was 5 months pregnant. We wanted to get all the renovations done before baby came and during that time period it was surely a challenge. Bohan rose to the occasion and completed our projects on time and with precision! Jamie our project manager worked closely with our design team to make the process streamlined and kept us updated on changing timelines. Neri our contractor lead was extremely talented and professional. We are very happy to have partnered with Bohan and would highly recommend for any home improvement. Bohan have been instrumental in my home renovation!! They are so professional and check in frequently to make sure everything is going according to plan. The kitchen design process is a dream—we worked with two other kitchen designers before we found Bohan and were constantly frustrated with how slow the turn around time was. With Bohan, we sat down and hammered out the design in today, no months of back and forth. We have used Bohan for several projects. They have been fantastic in all aspects- they are proactive, over communicate, are patient, helpful, detail-oriented, responsive, and do excellent work. I can't recommend them highly enough, and have a list of future projects I will definitely use them for! Two stories that stand out and exemplify their commitment to their customers- we'd planned to do renovations on our old house and they'd spent a lot of time on plans for it. We'd paid a deposit, and then unexpectedly decided to move. They refunded the deposit, without a guarantee of future business. I thought that was above and beyond, and we absolutely used them when we moved forward with renovations to our new house. The second was almost 6 months after our first phase of work was complete- and on the day after Christmas- we noticed a leak that was in the area below where some of the work was done. They were there within a couple hours of texting to ask if it could be related to any of the work, and handled the plumbing repair, and all of the associated work to fix the area. Because of examples like these, and the excellent quality of their work, I would recommend Bohan to anyone looking to undertake a renovation, large or small.![Google]()

Outstanding company during the entire process, from design to planning to implementation to final touches. All of their people listen and respond! Updated for 2024: Last year was our third time working with Bohan. Complete kitchen and master bath/master closet remodel. Kitchen remodel: complete demolition--old cabinets, plumbing, everything out; removal of load-bearing wall; complete redesign of the space, installation of exterior windows to bring in more light, installation of cabinets, appliances (in new locations), copper range hood; creation of island; renovation of adjacent hearth room including installation of beams; electric, plumbing. Master bath/closet: complete demolition and removal of everything; complete redesign of the space; moved walls, created new connection between closet and bathroom (there wasn't one before); selection and installation of tile, cabinets, fixtures, lighting--everything. Planning and design services were outstanding--multiple planning meetings and CAD drawings really helped us figure out what we wanted and how things would look before commencement of work. This helped us avoid several errors we would have made with what we thought we originally wanted. Offered multiple levels of trim quality for every selection, helped us understand where to spend money and where to save money. Stuck to budget, notified us how our changes/additions/extra thoughts affected budget, communicated well, fixed errors (they always occur with any home project). Bohan did a great professional job. George was best PM. Always on top of things and always soo pleasant. He made everything fall into place. Subs were great and reliable! Vicki is amazing as well. They will certainly be doing our next project!
